I've been trying to rip up our old floor and prep it for tile. Darn stuff is glued and stapled down. The house is quite a mess right now. I'll be glad when this is finished.

usually it does. won't increase the value, but makes the house much more sellable.  |

I am still around...just been so busy with work. I have a new job now starting in April, and I bought myself a new car which I am picking up tomorrow actually!! A 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS S/C Black with black heated leater seats. Loaded. |

Yup.....I drove it. And I liked it! I admit that it is no "subie", but it will definitely be a jump up for me.
And honestly I prefer the SS S/C over the Redline.
