Am I reading that ticket right? He only got a $330 dollar fine? That should have been an imediate towing and your lisence cut up on the spot.

Wow, I got caught doing 60 km/h over (about 25mph) and lost my liscence on the spot, charged with reckless driving, undue care and attention, stunting, racing, had to go to court, lost, had to pay court fees, lawyer fee's. All in all I think it cost me about $3000, plus I had ridiculous insurace premiums for the next 3 years.
I call BS on that ticket.
