December 18th seems like the best date. A week before Christmas, it's a Saturday, and it gives ya all 2 weeks notice.

7:30PM @ Smugglers Inn (hopefully they'll still have reservations left, if not, I'll try somewhere else and I'll let you guys know by tomorrow)
After Dinner, Schanks in the South
Why?
a) It's close to Smugglers Inn
b) It's fun for everyone including the D.D's
c) Can you think of anywhere else better?
