Does anyone else have any dash rattles? I have the most annoying rattle that occurs from about 3000 - 5000 rpm under heavy acceleration and usually only in 2nd and 3rd gear. It seems to be coming from the center of the dash, around the vent that is just to the right of the stereo. I've emptied my glove box and it's nothing shaking in there. Help!!!

if you look on genvibe, the old archives for center dash rattle, i believe they used to have something that would rattle like an SOB. If you open her up and zip tie it down, it usually went away. sorry, i just can't remember what it was.  |

To fix it would require you to remove the dash completely I believe. Or I think that if you removed the stereo you can get in and check around that area.

i believe i just took out my stereo to get back there. that seemed to work. but it was so long ago, i just can't remember what i did! LOL
