so phil and his buddy, Dale, gutted the 2 remainder cats in the LGT. even with the stage 1 maps, WOW! it hauls ass! i almost wet myself from excitement!!!! ha ha ha! ok, maybe not, but it was a kick in the pants none-the-less! kudos to hubby for a job well done!
now i have to wait for my protuned stage 2 93 octane maps to arrive! and install the software on my laptop to configure them on my AP.

yep, reflashed to stage 2 today. cobb 93 octane. just waiting to get my TDC protuned map to increase the power even more. one guy on legacygt.com had his dyno'd with basicly the same mods as me, just 93 cobb stage 2 and putting down 238/244 hp/tq (wheels). he's going to have it protuned again. but he's got an STI putting down 592 awhp! holy crap!!! ran low 11's and should break 10's with a little more tweaking

nah, it's a little different type of vehicle really. but man that new spec B is sooooo hot! drool!!

Yeah, those STi's are $$$$ here in Canada. But I thought you wanted the Caliber now DJ? Congrats on your upgrades Hope. The only thing I get this year is an oil catch can...woo hoo

It all depends on the $$$ situation at the time. I could even go with a Cobalt SS Supercharged.

yes, i actually like the look of the cobalt SS. and you guys get raped on those subie prices! my ass hurts just looking at those prices! yeoch! just impatiently waiting on my protuned maps now. sheesh! i want them soooo bad!

I really like the SS Supercharged....the only problem that I have seen when going around the forums is the clutch is weak. And we all know how I get along with clutches!

well, i think any "performance" type vehicle minus true sports cars will always have just OK clutches. you have to upgrade for any heavy use imo

Yeah true. But you would "think" that the manufactures would put a more heavy duty clutch in the performance cars, knowing that the customer is going to more then likely drive them harder then a normal version of the car.
