To fix the time on the forums go to your profile and in the offset box type -.29 If you are in Calgary/Edmonton.

hey, i also just added the .29 to the end of my adjustment and it worked! yay!!!

Looks like they finally fixed the time on the forums... well I just noticed anyway... so now if you go -1 then it should show the correct time.
