1. You'll need somebody to host your pictures for you (i.e. www.imagestation.com http://www.photobucket.com)
2. You will need the URL for the picture
www.celicagirl.ca/gallery/albums/stuff/nemo.jpg
3. Then you use the image tags or the image button
4. The URL goes between the image tags or goes in place of where it says TEXT when you click the image button.
Then you get:
