but it's been a busy week. got yelled at at work for spending too much time online. so no more during the work day. had a friends wedding to attend thurs and ended up in the ER again! this time w/ gall stones! as if my luck can't get any better, but they say i can't get the surgery til next year cause of some test results. now i have to spend a lot of time at the docs doing check ups. and since we don't get free medical like my canadian friends, it means lotsa money!  no heavy lifting, working out, no fatty foods, etc for a long long time.  so, i'll try and do better about hanging out w/ you guys. hope you had a great weekend! |

My grandpa has gall stones... and he was in a lot of pain... but once he got them removed he has totally turned his life around... he eats very healthy foods and is in great shape.

Well, I hope you are feeing better. My Mom had gallstones which were removed. One way to get faster service at the ER is to throw up on the floor -- a minute later and Mom was getting looked after.  |

yes, the last month has been quite interesting in the health dept. they gave me some meds that make me sick unfortunately. |

well, went BACK to the ER today again! having some complications and the doc told me to get in for more testing. i have like the worst luck the last month! but the good news (and finally some good news) is that they were wrong on one of my tests! and how wrong they were! still kinda pissed about it. but i'm ok. now i have to set up the appt for my gall bladder surgery. but that's no big deal. |

yes, he said i need a new doctor. LOL. doesn't like dr. ruin-your-life-and-cause-you-to-have-a-heart-attack. ha ha ha! we're both relieved it's nothing serious!  |

as they say, when it rains, it pours!
went in AGAIN weds afternoon to the ER for abdominal pain. it was time for my gall bladder to go! so yesterday, went in for surgery and they removed it. said it was full and that one of the stones was blocking my pancreas. so either way, i'd have to get emergency surgery next week. they found it strange that the one blocking my pancreas didn't cause the tests to be abnormal. go figure! LOL
but now i'm on the road to recovery, hurt like nothing else. they had to re-use 2 of my sutures and then add another 2. so i look like a fricken connect the dots game!

well i went to work this morning hoping i could get some things done. unfortunately, the big boss said i was too glassy eyed and no way was i fully recovered. i have to agree with him since i'm in a lot of pain still. he sent me home for the next 2 days until i'm back 100%. that's fine and dandy except that i've used up all my sick and vacation time from being out so much! so that means today and tomorrow are unpaid and then my time off in feb will be unpaid. that's enough to make me want to but i guess i don't have a choice! gotta do what i gotta do so i can get better. |

well, today is the day i get to drive my vibe in about 3 wks! since 8/18! will be hitting LIFT a few times i'm sure! whoo hoo!!!! |
