Stephen Harper is looking to increase penalties for street racing. We'll all have to be careful out there - they are talking license suspensions for first time offences. ya... it depends on what they call street racing though. that's a big open statement and could lead to a lot of legal problems with anyone with a car that just "appears" modded!  |

Well if I am not street racing and they pull me over....they better be able to prove that I was street racing otherwise they will be getting an earful through the media.

I'm thinking that most RCMP and city police are now getting the in car video system.. Which will either prove or disprove their claims...
