Time to get a car alarm and protect your matrix I'd say go with rims... but a spoiler is nice too... Do you have winter tires for your car? If you don't wait until next year for rims... you won't want to drive in the winter with them... incase you hit a curb or something.... Spoilers are always nice too... just depends what you want more.

I plan on getting the Michelin Artic Alpin. I wasn't happy with my blizzacks...

I have Blizzaks for my car and I had NO problem with them at all. And I did a lot of highway driving with them. Either the Blizzak or the Alpin is the way to go in my opinion.

I'd hold out for new rims, myself. I'm waiting for the Costco sale on winter tires coming up in October. There is a new Arctic Alpin tread design that looks more aggressive. I've heard that Blizzaks will revert to all-seasons after a certain amount of mileage whereas Actic Alpins are specifically winter tires. I also had a set of Pirelli WinterIce tires that were pretty good in my opinion -- able to handle higher speeds, but probably not a smart thing to do in the winter anyways I was also referred to Big O Tires for competitive pricing although I haven't called them yet. BTW, Jackie, we'll have to talk about your Turn7's ;D
