they are being shipped as we speak. $400 USD SHIPPED to AK! that's awesome!!!! i checked out the rims and they are being sold elsewhere for $150/rim! just getting the same size as the stock rims though. i don't want to pay more for tires too.

on ebay! whoo hoo! but now we're discussing that we need to upgrade my tires. not sure if they will last much longer w/ autocross... i'll post a pic to show what i mean. they're all season's so not made for the high speed turning and twisting!

If I were you, I think that the best way to go would be to see if the local tire shop would sell you some used summer tires for the car. It would cost less, and would not cost you an arm and a leg everytime that you have to replace your tires.

Good call or the auto wreckers for tires and rims to thrash.

no, i need some good tires that are made for taking that kind of abuse. however, not this season. i will do what i can to make the OEM tires last until winter. i have my blizzaks for winter which will then go onto my stock rims. next season.... i'll get some good tires

You might still be able to find some slightly used tires at the tire shop that are high performance. I know that here in Calgary there are places like that. It never hurts to ask. Just trying to save you some $$$.

yes, but can't really spend it at the moment. so looks like i'll just kill my tires for now and then look at upgrading next season. we need to recoop some bills.
