Hey, anyone here used aftermarket seat heaters? I know Katzkins makes them for our cars and was wondering if they perform well, what the quality is like, ect...... TRDVibe, I know you have one in your drivers seat. Whats it like? Does it work as well as some OEM systems? How much? How hard was it to install?

actually they were pretty easy to install once you get the seat interior off. the hardest part is getting the seat out of the car and then disecting it so you can put the heat elements in.
as for them working, i think mine works great. ;D winter time keeps my bum nice and toasty! really wish i had installed one for the passenger side now. perhaps another time. i think i paid $80 USD for the kit from attention to detail. but the katzkins kit is pretty easy so i would recommend it.
