as title.. if put bigger inch rim to my 4WD, will my car go even slower then now???
two of my friend told me the same thing

Depends on the weight of the rim... the actual dimension of the rim wont really matter because you will compensate by getting a lower profile tire. The lighter the rim the better though...

True, but you don't want to go with low low pro's. One small pothole and your rims are bent. 17's are suggested for ideal speed and track. They allow fair size tires to be put on. As for anything bigger, your compensating the amount of rubber you have for more metal to the rim. Thus, thinner tires = bent rim. 18's are probably the biggest I go on our cars, but I don't know what you drive.
