I just picked up an '05 Vibe base, and want to throw on some nice wheels & tires. Can someone tell me where to go for the best deal in Calgary. Also whats the best size of wheel & tire combination to go with? Thanks

hey! glad you clicked on the link. i believe some of the vendors have some smoking deals. also, i think most everyone said that tirerack.com is one of the best places to buy wheels/tires package. i would recommend (for looks imo) 18's.  what size tires/rims do you currently have. you'll want to make sure you use a tire calculator to see what the equivalents are so you don't get too small or large of a diameter. that could mess up your odometer as well as mess up brakes, and other important parts. |

Places in Calgary....either Speedtech or Big Wheelz. Big Wheelz is in our vendor section, or go to there website www.bigwheelz.comIf you go 18's..... 18 X 8 35mm offset or close to it 5 x 100 bolt pattern ( I believe that it is the same for a Vibe as it is on a Matrix) Tire 225/40ZR18 For 17's 17x8 35mm offset or close to it 5 x 100 bolt pattern Tire 225/50ZR17 These tire sizes will be good for the car and will not throw off your speedo. I use these sizes for my car. 17's for the winter, 18's for the summer. If you are coming to the meet on the 30th, I will be there with my car and you can see what 18's look like. |

yes, meets rock! we're working on getting a subie meet together for the 29th with the impreza guys and then one on that sunday with the legacy guys. |
