Hey gang I know I've been absent for a while now, but this job of mine has me going all over the country. However now that the warmer weather is coming it's time to gather and show and tell what we have all been up to for the last few months. The Int. Auto and Truck Show is on (I'm going on Saturday ;D), and import car shows are soon to follow. Swirv what did you wind up getting? I know the Vibe is either sold or is about to be sold, but your still gonna hang with us right? Keely haven't heard from you in awhile, what have you been up to? any new mods? VC haven't seen you around the area or seen any posts you married now? Just a few questions for everyone time to shake off the cob webs and get back to the club. I hope everyone is interested in going to the Track again this year? I've got a re-match with Stampede Vibe to work on. Anyhow let me know how you are.

Dj I'm always up for a race. I imagine with the amount of time your spending on it it should be good...just don't be using any of my ideas like the motorised platform thats for me. I'm switching mod priorities kinda got sidetracked with the Stereo thing. THats more of your thing, I'm going back to full out performance and appearance mods. Can't wait to see your set up.

Hey CC, nice to see you again. Like many people, I didn't do anything to the Vibe over the Snowy Seasons but man, was it nice to get those snow tires off a couple of weeks ago! Did my first wax of 2005 on the weekend. It's rather sad to see the damage of another winter to my paint job though... the front is a pittedmess, scratches on the sides and fender... I haven't been able to make up my mind on what to do this summer but I think the list is like this: 1. Replace windshield and tint windows 2. Install shifter bushings I already have (Oh, Mike!....) 3. Sway/strut bars 4. A MacMini or an iPod install with a few upgrades of other stereo components - all depending on how much I want to sink into the car 5. Roof rack capsAnd LOTS and LOTS of stickers...  |

I keep hearing about "Derdall Designs" I did a search and found the website portal, but I can't access anything behind it. Would someone be able to enlighten me as to what this place does? I know that it's in Calgary and I see that they deal in Electronics Installations. Just wanted a little more info is all |

Custom audio.....we do it. Remote starters.....we do it. Any other electronic installs....we do it. You name it.....we can do it electronically. |

Hey everyone! I'm not married yet Ivan! Was thinking about running away to Mexico next spring...but we bought a house instead. I haven't been around much, my computer at home is packed away in an attempt to make it look like we don't live there while the house is up for sale The track again would be fun...especially if I don't talk myself out of an SRT-4.... Would be great to see everyone again though! It's been months. |

SRT-4.....is just a suped up NEON. Yes...they have lots of power.....but still it is a NEON.
Iwould not buy it. I know of some people who have one who have had nothing but troubles with it. Turbo troubles, check engine lights all the time. Other stuff that I can not remember right now.

if you want something with a turbo and a GOOD reputation and resale value, get a WRX or subaru!

Was thinking about running away to Mexico next spring...but we bought a house instead. and what do you mean you're not going now!!  we got phil's travel docs for your trip! now when are we gonna go on our honeymoon/your wedding?? lol. ok, you keep us informed! if you can afford a turbo, you can afford a trip to mexico at the very least! maybe we'll schedule a week trip or something like we had discussed before! just for fun, and if you get drunk and tie the knot then that'd be ok too. |
