What do you do for a living. What did you want to do for a living growing up?

I'm an admin assistant at the UofC. Growing up I wanted to be a cop or a psychiatrist.

i don't know if there is anything i DIDN'T want to do when i was growing up. from scientist, to criminologist, doctor, vet, "superstar", most of high school and beginning of college i wanted to work for Disney and make Pixar movies in computer graphics and animation. now, i have been a banker for 2 years, collector (for the bank), retail sales, and then in 01 moved into outside sales. i have now opened my own business as an authorized reseller for Clearwire Internet, dealer for Cellular One Wireless technology, and agent for DishNetwork. I also sell higher end performance gear like Torco Race Fuel, Royal Purple, and whatever else floats my boat.

Well, currently, I'm a cake decorator at Publix, but when I finish college I hope to be doing graphic design… though I would love to go to work for Disney.

only downside w/ Disney is they will work you like a dog. I was given an opportunity to work as an intern down in CA one summer, but after much research i found out that it wasn't something i think i'd end up actually liking. Go figure. LOL. spent 6 yrs of my life working hard to get to that point and then realized i'd be bored out of my mind after I realized how much time is spent drawing the same scenes over and over again. but then again, that's why they are (imo) far superior pics over most of the animation, including CG.
