The clunk I get with my car is the exhaust rubbing against the rear axle. Since it was a custom exhaust job the clearances from the stock exhaust are different. And then lowering the car brought those tolerances down more so when I am coming down curbs you can hear it once the rear end starts going over it. It is annoying but there is not much that I can do outside of getting the exhuast redone.
