Done! 6 hours later... was a pain... so glad that I didn't attempt this myself... it's pretty straight forward but it's hard when you don't have much room to work with. Big thanks to Chris for helping me out.

I've heard that the header fits vibe/martix as well, although it wasn't designed for them. Also heard that it makes quite a difference. Just to caution you Jackie.....most headers are a pain in the winter, you'll be re-tightening those things every 2 weeks in the cold weather. Every single car I've had with headers has done that, and I've bought high quality ones!

Just the heat extremes, say from -35C when you start the car to 100C+ when its good and hot. Be sure to use locking header bolts and some good sealant on either side of the gasket, I did that on my old V8 S10 and only had to re-tighten them twice that winter.

Unfortunately you really can't see it... it's sandwiched between the engine and the firewall... I tried to take pictures but if you didn't know that I had done it you wouldn't really notice them other than the fact that they are shiny... lol.

aww. well that's too bad. then why go to all the trouble to make them nice and polished if you can't see them in the engine bay? lol
