well, i think it was an agreed leave. things weren't happening like they should. they have told us all that our jobs are not in jeopardy, that they feel our sales slump is due to leadership and support issues. i have mixed feelings on that. i think it does have a lot to do with the leadership, but i liked our GM and thought he was great. so hard to say.

Well unfortunately it goes with the territory with being a GM in that you have to take responsibility for how the buisness is running, and if it is not doing good then shit hits the fan sometimes.

well, it's insane right now. unfortunately, when things were going south, they decided to go on vacation rather than deal with it.

lol. well, i'm home sick today, but have some appts and customers to take care of. i don't really get sick days you know...  and with the craziness i don't think it's a good idea to not work at all. |

of course. i believe the HR person is coming up this week too. we're hoping they fire another guy we don't like because he's not a team player and causes troubles.... imo he should have been the first to go.

What you should do is become friends with that HR person, take them out to dinner, etc......suck up big time. And then tell them to fire that guy.  |
