lol. well, we won't be driving his car back if that's what you mean. and if/when we get rid of his vibe, most likely not for another 2 yrs, then we'll be parting his out as well....

and nothing wrong with that. probably smart too. get the most value out of all the money you've spent on the darn thing! lol. i plan to keep my subie for awhile. we can't afford for me to keep changing cars every 2 years. besides, phil's growing restless with his little 130 hp engine when i have 250 hp and then he's got to work at the subie dealership with a white sti on the showroom floor staring him down at his desk all day. lol.

well he won't be buying anything for a few years. i really should have waited until we got a house, but...... well, i get what i want. sometimes that isn't always the best either. but he gets the next new car, more than likely a wrx hatchback he says. no way i could let him get an sti...  nor afford the payments AND insurance! plus,we'd like to get some kind of SUV/truck later down the road for a trailer to haul toys for camping and such. this is alaska afterall, nature's playground! we went hiking out to Exit Glacier yesterday, climbed as far as we could onto it and then proceded to "slide" fall down it. i scraped up my arm and cut my hands up a bit, bruised a little, while phil made use of his long legs and just jumped down. then they tried to kill me by pushing over a very large boulder down into the glacier while i was still working on getting up the slope. they wanted to knock down some of the ice and take it back to the kids. we were off the trail and so the little ones (my cousins) couldn't come with us. it didn't work other than sending a giant boulder heading towards me down the hill so i could jump out of the way before getting smashed. of course i did my duty of yelling at the two of them.... lol. boys, always trying to break things! |
