I am not a fan of the "stubby antenna". I find that the range is not as good, and I like to have good FM reception.

Nope. I am going to stick with the stock ones. My car has an odd bolt pattern and there are not a lot of options for rims. Plus I really like the ones I have now. |

I saw a black SS/SC yesterday and it had a black hood deflector. It looked very nice on there and was pretty low profile against the hood.

Wasn't my car. No hood deflector for me!! I think the bolt pattern is 5 x 114 or something like that. But a lot of the people on the SS forum I am on say that there are not a lot of wheels for the Cobalt because of the bolt pattern. I will double check on it though. |

really?? because the STI from 05+ are all 5x114, but the offset it the kicker due to the enormous brembo brakes. I'll be having to do the same some time later this year or next when i do the brembo brake upgrade. more money and more things to do. *sigh* it never ends!

Actually the bolt pattern is 5 x 110....not 5 x 114. Sorry. See, that is why I had to double check. |
